Online Chat Assistant - Maidstone 

Salary -: £22,000

Huntress are currently recruiting for an Online Chat Assistant based in Maidstone, with hybrid working opportunities available (3 days at home, 2 days based in the office). The working hours would be 12pm - 8pm Monday to Friday.

Within this role you will be providing customer service support via live chat. Duties include:

Providing a high level of customer service via live chat

General administration duties

Having great knowledge regarding the business's and services provided

Training will be provided, the ideal candidate will be willing to learn and proactive. You must be confident and have great communication skills.
