In this article I am going to reveal some genuine ancient
Indian lifestyle using which no one can be affected by any sort of diseases or
illness in his or her life. Everybody was wealthy & healthy in India
because of the technique they used, but because of the 200 years slavery make
them forget about their own way of living.
Here I present some examples how they used to live and still
some people are following the same lifestyle because of which they are not
suffering from any sort of physical or mental illness. Thousands of years ago
when the entire world didn’t even have cloths for wearing, Indians were doing
inventions on the daily basis using the language called ‘Sanskrit ‘ .Whole
world used to come to the only university of that time called ‘Taxshila’ ,where
humans were taught each and every subject like
Physics,Chemistry,Maths,Astrology,Yog,Ayurveda and all types of Veda. So how
astonishing was that where one side of people don’t even know about the life
there were some people who were guiding the world. But the world deceived that
country India by making it slave. but now it is again getting the same momentum
as it used to have in thousands years ago. Yoga is the kind of part of our life
which can make you invincible, now you will call me fool after this statement
but let me tell you this is absolutely 100% right still some 1000 year old
people living in Himalaya’s mountain
where nobody had been able to reach so far. Some of the Indians reached there
and asked them about their lifestyle you don’t believe me what they said: they
said they don’t have food or anything except sunlight & air.so how is this
possible in medical science it can be by making your body in the same manner
you want to act. And this can be achieved by consistent hard and real yoga
techniques & this is our subject in this article -
